Mathews/Alvey Family Reunion

This was Hunter's first time camping and he loved it. He had so much fun. He thought the tent was pretty cool. He loved being outside the whole time and being able to go wherever he wanted. His knees were preety sore by the end of the advenutre from crawling around on the concrete. Poor kid. He's a trooper. The "big" boys even let him have a turn on the rip stick. :) And of course, he loved eating real food. We had ice cream sandwhiches for dessert on Saturday and Hunter and Papa have a deal with ice cream, they love it. So, papa is nice and lets Hunter have the ice cream since he can't have the chocolate yet. It was so nice to see everyone again. We miss you guys! Thanks for making it such a fun and worthwhile trip. Can't wait to do it again.

Then once we got home, Papa picked his peas out of his garden and yet again, Hunter is always around when there's food. So, again, papa is nice and shares his peas. Hunter loves peas!!! (much to grandma's dismay.) It's so nice to see family and be together. We love everyone! (and I can't wait to spend 3 whole weekend with everyone).

7 more days Krystal!!!

Hunter has learned to stand up on his own. He does quite well with it. Today he even started bouncing while he was standing. We're becoming quite the brave little boy.
He still loves to cuddle with mom and dad when ever he can. We were watching a movie but you see how much he saw of it.
Grandpa King came and saw us the other day cuz he had to drop of my brother at the airport. So, of course he had to stop by for a little Hunter visit. Hunter loved playing with Grandpa & his hat. He just thought that was pretty cool. We love grandpa time!
I don't know why my pics are being so weird. I can't figure it out so you'll just have to deal with it until I can fix it. I was just happy I got the pics on there.

We went to my Aunt Ree & Uncle Bob's house today in Mountain Home. Just a few pics of our adventures.

Hunter loved the magnetic letters and had to put each one in his mouth.

The picture of him on the slide does no justice. He loved the slide and would have played all day if we let him.

This was Hunter's first time actually playing in the sprinkler. He had so much fun. He loves the water.

The last picture is just a family picture cuz we needed a current one for my Aunt Lorna for the family reunion. It's extremely difficult to get Hunter to sit still when he is very tired. But it still turned out okay.

Happy 4th of July

Happy 4th of July!!! We didn't do much this year. Just stayed home and bbq with ourselves. It was nice to be able to relax. We are going to go to Mountain Home to my Aunt Ree's house tomorrow and see them and my parents.

I just wanted to say thanks to my little brother who is serving in the Marines right now. He is stationed in California at Camp Pendleton. He is there working on Hueys & Cobras (those are helicopters in case your wondering) He just had an appendectomy. Thanks to all those who serve and have served our country to give us our freedom.

I love you bud!!!

We have teeth!!!

I know I'm a little slow in posting this but Hunter had his 9 month check up with the doctor this last Monday. He weighs 18 lbs 14 oz, is 28 inches long, and happy and healthy. He also had 2 teeth! The doctor discovered them. I had checked Sunday night but to noavail. He has one on top and one on bottom. Then the other top one was just starting to peak through. By Tuesday morning the other top one was through. We now have 3 teeth! He's doing good and he's crawling extremly well and we're practicing our balancing so we can learn to walk. Dad really wants him to walk, mom on the other hand isn't rushing anything.
