Blogging Idiot

Sorry for the ugly blog. I'm having a great deal of issues with it right now. I know it doesn't match in any way, shape, or form but until I can figure out what the heck I have done it's just going to have to be ugly. (Brenda I think I'm gonna need some help figuring this one out.)

31 Flavors

FYI: On April 30th Baskin Robins 31 flavors is having $.31 scoops. A limit of 10 scoops per order. That's a lot of ice cream for real cheap. We did this last year when they offered it and it was a super sweet treat. I don't know if it's at all locations but it's worth checking in to.

I really do have a husband!!!

Josh got a promotion at work! He started last week. He's now working in Directv's Quality Assurance department. He enjoys his job and thinks he something great, all because he has his own desk, own email address, and his own phone. The phone part is nice for me cuz now I can call him when I want and I don't have to talk to somebody else to get to him. :) He got a little bit of a raise, which is always nice. The best part of all though, he gets to be home with Hunter & me A LOT more! Monday, Wednesday & Friday's he's home about 6:45. Tuesday & Thursday is 7:15ish. It's kind of weird having him home at night but I love it and wouldn't trade it for anything. Our 45 minutes that we used to get each day just wasn't enough. I love having my husband home and I'm so greatful he got a new position.

Go Jazz!

Josh and I were able to have a sort of date while we were in Utah. We ate at Rodizio's (Brazilian all you can eat food) for dinner with some friends and then we went to the Jazz game by ourselves. Hunter got to spend some quality time with great g & g. Josh loves the Jazz and has ever since he was little. He loves being able to go and watch his team. It was my first time ever going to a professional game of any sort. It was a lot of fun. It was nice to have some time just with Josh too, although, I still missed my squeaky. The Jazz even won!!!

Zeek

Hunter loved the dog at Great Grandma & Grandpa Watsons. He thought it was just hilarious when the dog would try and lick his face. He was always hunting for the dog and he would get so excited about it. Someday he'll have his own. :)

Utah Adventures

Hunter finally got to meet his great grandpa & grandma Watson. He had a ton of fun at their house. He really loved their dog, Zeek too.

We bought some new furniture a few weeks ago. We got the chair for free because we bought the couch and loveseat. I love the furniture but at first I was kind of upset about getting it because we don't have a hugh living room and nonetheless it's an oblong living room. Very narrow. It only took us I think 5 or 6 times before we finally settled. I still wish I had a little bit more room but I'm settled with what I have. And it's nice now to have enough furniture for people when they come over, especially family. One couch didn't work well for more than 2 people.
